If
you or someone you know is experiencing financial
difficulties there is a solution. I can help with ANY of
your real
estate needs by providing FREE
professional assistance. Don't just throw up your
hands, do nothing and give up, real help is available!
I will assist you in selling your home if you are facing
foreclosure or if you owe more than it is worth. Or
maybe, you simply need options on how to work out a
payment arrangement with your lender. With Atlanta's
unemployment rate above 10% and the number of
foreclosures in our area on the rise, it is apparent
that people are hurting. The fact that our communities
are disproportionately losing their homes is of extreme
importance to me which is why I became
a HUD Certified counselor with the Georgia Department of
Community Affairs as well as a
Certified
Distressed Property Expert.
Don't hesitate to receive help from a trusted church
family member. Sis. Lorieal Green 678-481-7011
